we installed the machine successfully in indonesia

Our team arrived at indonesia on 19th Feb, Then we started work at 21th Feb.

During the installation, we overcome the troubles finally we help our customer finish the installation. Our honeycomb core machine running very good, we test 15mm 30mm 50mm 100mm thickness honeycomb core, use different cell sizes like 6mm 12mm 24mm. The honeycomb core machine performed pretty good in this test. Our customer feel very satisfied with all of this.

A few days after, we tested the honeycomb board machine, use the pva glue which from our customer. we used core glue, it can save glue save the cost. Also the concentration of the glue is suitable for our machine. Successfully,the boards were made by our honeycomb borad machine are pretty good. The intensity of the board is very good, several people stand on the board will not be destroyed. And the board looks very beautiful.

The punch machine , slitting machine ,round corner machine all showed very good.

Finally, we spend some days teach the workers how to use the machine by themself. Some problems occured , but we solved them. 

We finished all the work at 8th March. This installation is very successfully, we need to 

thanks our team , our company and our customer. Our success can not leave the help which from all of you.
