5 minutes to change a different cell size--shenxi designed a new gluing machine

Traditional Honeycomb Gluing machine,  it assembled 2-3 sets of gluing rollers in one or two gluing station in honeycomb core production line. It can save time to change the gluing rollers, but has two major disadvantages:
1. Difficult to prepare the paper and difficult to clean the gluing units, because of two many rollers in one station!
2. If you need a 4th or 5th cell size, you have to disassemble 1-2 sets original gluing rollers, which needs 2-3 hours at least. 

Almost every paper honeycomb factory faces this same problem. Now, shenxi honeycomb solved this problem. our New type of honeycomb core machine, with a quicker gluing roller change system.  
1. One sets of gluing roller, 5 minutes to change and set, as easier as the glue pipe system.
2. You can use our machine, to make 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm etc. cell size within one shift! to make your honeycomb production more flexible. 
3. Besides, 15-20 minutes to clean the whole gluing system after each shift.
4.  Use regular starch based glue is enough!
