expander machine

1.Introduction:

This machine is used to expand the aluminum honeycomb core for sandwich panels. It adopts the linear guide to make sure expand the honeycomb core stably and smoothly. The machine is controlled by the transducer, and positioned by the travel switch.

2. Working procedure

 First fix the aluminum honeycomb sheets on the platform with the needles inserting in it, then press the [start] button to start expanding. It would stop automatically at the position you pre-set. You can adjust the working speed according to your practical needs only by pressing the speed changing button. After removing the expanded honeycomb, press the [return] button to make the needles reset.
