 Company introduction:

China Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory is located in the beautiful landscape of the strand of Tai lake, In the center of YANG SHAN town (LU Qu). 120 km away from Shanghai city.. WUXI SHENXI honeycomb machinery factory is a technical factory, specially engaged in the research, development and sales of honeycomb panel machine, honeycomb board machine, honeycomb cutting machine, paper core machine, paper honeycomb machine expander, the Honeycomb paper core, the honeycomb paperboard complete set production equipments.

 

Shenxi Honeycomb is always focusing on R&D in paper honeycomb project. Each year, shenxi honeycomb has 5-6 new patents in honeycomb technology

 

In the year of 2010, Shenxi Honeycomb starts to export honeycomb and edge board machines by ourselves. Until now, we have sold our honeycomb and edge board machines to over 25 countries, like USA, UK, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Lithuania, Finland, Thailand etc.

Ralph Zhou

As the second generation of family business, Though Ralph Zhou only has 6 years of working experience in paper honeycomb industry, he has shenxi honeycomb team installed honeycomb paper production lines in Brazil, USA(Minneapolis), Egypt, India, South Africa, Turkey, Spain, Belgium, Malaysia, Chile, Haiti, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea etc. Ralph has built a professional and international installation team for honeycomb production line.

 

Since year of 2011, Ralph showed great interest in wall panel project by using paper honeycomb. Now, Shenxi Honeycomb has developed the automatic wall panel system, make the honeycomb core, expanding and laminate with MGO board in one stop.

As the first generation of shenxi honeycomb, Zhou built Shenxi Honeycomb since year of 2000. Until now, he has been involved in building over 100 honeycomb production lines. From the

 first generation¡ªOctagonal type core machine

Second generation--- stacking type honeycomb core machine

Third generation¡ªvertical cutting continuous honeycomb core machine

Fourth generation--- horizontal cutting continuous honeycomb core machine

 

As an engineer, Mr. Zhou has been specialized in the procedure of honeycomb core making for over 14 years.  Each generation of machines, Mr. Zhou checked every spare parts assemble to make sure thousands of mechanical parts assembled well and the whole machine works well inside shenxi honeycomb factory.

 

Mr. Zhou designed his first wall panel lamination line in the year of 2007, with the professor of Tongji Colleague in Shanghai, which was the first automatic honeycomb wall panel lamination line in China. Since 2007, he continuous working hard on the mechanical part and improved on the original line. Another 4 lines has been made in China now.
