Information before setup

A list of electricity, air , water and other required equipments will send to our client and they should be prepared exactly according to it in 15 days after the contract is confirmed

Installation and test

We will dispatch an experienced install group to our client and training their operators, Our team compose by a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer and a fitter, they have completed the install mission in US, Britain, Italy, Brazil, Iran, Egypt and Vietnam

after service

We supply technical service for our customer for free during the Product Warranty Period,
After accepting the notice from our customers and we can¡¯t solve the problem by the tel and mail, we will dispatch our skilled engineer to the scene within 24 hours £¨500km£© and 48 hours£¨more than 1000km£¬inland£©after confirming by both of companies.

Update service

We will continual communicate with our clients about the latest tech information and help them to updating technological and skills and improve the old devices if necessary, so that our machine could maintain the advancement and high efficiency
