Paper feeder (mechanical type)

 

  1. Max. Diameter of paper roll:1500mm

  3. Paper roll lift-lower,clamp,loosen,movement,contraposition operated by motorize.
  4. Paper roll strain control by manual brakes.
  5. When clamping moving up and down selects cycloid motor, and the thick paper used for covering arm overload or touch the ground. It will be effective to safeguard the machinery not to be damaged.

Gluing unit1

  1. 5 layers of gluing unit in one station.
  2. Gluing system consists: glue applying Roller+ glue feeding roller +glue doctor roller, the distance between each roller can be adjusted through hand wheels (connected with worm and gear box, precise to control the glue thickness
  3. Wall panel, processed by planning machine, the panel straightness controlled within 1mm from bottom to top; Two panels (30mm thickness) are bored together by CNC machine
  4. Glue applying roller production flow: heater treatment---machining—grinding machine--- anilox roller process--- fine grinding---polishing---coated with Hard Chrome (0.05mm) --- polishing
  5. Each gluing roller can be adjusted in axial direction by hand wheels, to ensure perfect glue lines.
  6. Gluing roller quick change system, 10 minutes to change the whole set of gluing rollers.
  7. Five layers of paper gluing in one station, easier to operate and adjust.
  8. Paper No Touch system: This system is working only when the machine needs to be stopped temporary, the air cylinder can push away the paper from glue applying roller, to avoid the paper stick on the roller and breaks while re-start the machines.

Drying machine unit& rubber roller driven unit

  1. Conveyor roller is 180mm diameter rubber roller as the main driver
  2. four-sides and up & down surrounded by insulation cotton (40mm thickness), oven top and bottom sides with monitoring and cleaning doors
  3. temperature can be 0 to 150 ℃

  5. Heating sinks laid inside the oven, one side connected the steam, the other side water out.
  6. Temperature control: Digital temperature control, automatically adjust the heating temperature.

Final gluing machine

  1. Gluing system consists: glue applying Roller+ squeezing roller +glue doctor roller, the distance between each roller can be adjusted through hand wheels and sliders.
  2. Wall panel, processed by planning machine, the panel straightness controlled within 1mm from bottom to top; Two panels (30mm thickness) are bored together by CNC machine
  3. Glue applying roller production flow: heater treatment---machining—grinding machine--- anilox roller process--- fine grinding---polishing---coated with Chrome --- polishing
  4. Each gluing roller can be adjusted in axial direction, to ensure perfect glue lines.

Glue roller change: 1 minutes to change to different cell size.
Glue break system, to make one piece no glue every certain layers

Horizontal cutting unit

  1. Knife holder choose ductile cast iron structure, machine frame use 60mm thickness heavy duty steel plate
  2. Production flow: welding frame—heater treatment (whole frame)---machine frame and knife holder frame processed by CNC machine center (one time)--- assemble knife frame on machine frame
  3. Knife: German material, made in Taiwan
  4. Knife cutting on high precise linear guide(ABBA brand,)
  5. Bearing in cutting system: NSK/JNS (Japanese brand)
  6. Collecting table height controlled by servo motor, thickness of honeycomb set on touch screen, controlled by PLC system.

  8. Lubrication system: With 2L dual display oil pump can automatically oil lubrication ration and timing

  11. Cutting tolerance: +- 0.1mm, the honeycomb collecting table is planned, flatness is within 0.05mm, connected with Delta Servo Motor, ensure the cutting height of honeycomb in precise.
