ZHJ-100-G edge board machine

1. Production introduction

Edge board machine is used to make the L shape /U shape and flat-board edge protector in high speed. This machines consists of paper reel stands (11 layers, 1 layer face paper, 10 layers of core paper), gluing unit, Edge wrapping unit, Pressing unit, Cutting unit and output conveyor.

2. Features:

2.1  To make paper edge protectors, paper angle board, paper corner pieces

2.2  Manufactured in steel frame, national standard angle bar ,10mm thickness steel sheet, guaranteeing   rigidity and stability

2.3  Speed control: through frequency inverter  

2.4 In line notching unit, servo motor control, punch 90 degree on edge board automatically.
