What is the structure of our honeycomb core machine?
We,Wuxi Shenxi Honeycomb Machinery Factory has been specialized in paper honeycomb machine since 1999.Now we will talk about structure of our honeycomb core machine.
Our honeycomb core machine is newest type, it used raw paper to produce honeycomb paper in one stop,which means connecting machine and cutting machine can be left out.The advantage of this machine is to save labor cost and high degree of automation.
Our honeycomb core machine is consist of 7 parts, the procedure of products as below:
Paper feeder → paper pre-heater → Gluing unit →Drying machine unit& rubber roller driven unit → Final gluing unit → Horizontal cutting unit → Honeycomb conveyor and collector
Each parts has their own function, all 7 parts connecting the best honeycomb core machine.
1. Paper feeder: The structure is double rotary shafts (Ø216mmX18mm shaft) with four arms( 16mm thickness casting structure), 150/50X450 oil cylinder to lift the paper reel, 65/35X1050 oil cylinder to move the paper in left and right direction.
2. Paper pre-heater: Consists of tension rollers with flexible spring pressure applied on roller to adjust the paper tension automatically.
3. Gluing unit: Glue applying roller production flow: heater treatment---machining—grinding machine--- anilox roller process--- fine grinding---polishing---coated with Hard Chrome (0.05mm) --- polishing
4. Drying machine unit& rubber roller driven unit: Conveyor roller is 180mm diameter rubber roller as the main driver. Heating sinks laid inside the oven, one side connected the steam, the other side water out.
5. Final gluing machine: Gluing system consists: glue applying Roller+ squeezing roller +glue doctor roller, the distance between each roller can be adjusted through hand wheels and sliders.
6.Horizontal cutting unit: Knife holder choose ductile cast iron structure, machine frame use 60mm thickness heavy duty steel plate.Production flow: welding frame—heater treatment (whole frame)---machine frame and knife holder frame processed by CNC machine center (one time)--- assemble knife frame on machine frame.
7. Honeycomb conveyor and collector: Belt conveyor feed the honeycomb into the stacking area.Stacking table height adjusted automatic according to honeycomb stacking height.
